AI Advisory Disclaimer

AI output is informational only. It is not financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Verify every AI-generated figure against your underlying records before acting on it, and consult a qualified professional licensed in your jurisdiction.

1. Scope

AlphaTill's AI Assistant, AI Reports, AI Forecasts, AI Tax helpers, document intelligence, scorecards, and all other AI-driven features (collectively "AI Output") provide informational analysis only. AI Output is not financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice and must not be relied upon as such.

2. Verify before acting

  • Large language models can hallucinate totals, dates, line items, and balances.
  • Always verify AI-generated figures against the underlying ledger before acting on them.
  • Audit-grade reporting requires human sign-off; AI Output is an assistive tool, not a replacement.

3. Tax, accounting, legal, investment

Before filing a tax return or making a reporting decision based on AI Output (tax-report, P&L summary, reconciliation suggestion, etc.), have it reviewed by a qualified accountant or tax professional licensed in your jurisdiction. AI Output is not a substitute for licensed legal counsel. AI forecasts are statistical estimates and may not reflect future market, regulatory, or business conditions; consult a qualified financial advisor.

4. Where your AI prompts go

It depends entirely on which model you connect, so the two cases are separated here.

Local models — the model bundled with the Full edition, Ollama, LM Studio

The model runs on your machine. Prompts and the business data in them do not leave it, and no request is made to us or to anyone else.

Cloud providers — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, OpenRouter

The prompt you send — including whatever business data it contains — is transmitted to that provider and processed under their terms, not ours. Connecting one is your choice, and it is off until you make it.

Either way: do not paste secrets, payment-card data, or unredacted personal data into AI prompts. You are responsible for the data you choose to send.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Money Vault Games FZCO and AlphaTill expressly disclaim liability for any decision made on the basis of AI Output, including but not limited to financial loss, tax penalty, missed deadline, regulatory action, contract dispute, or business interruption. Your use of AI features is at your own risk, and is governed in addition by the End User License Agreement and the Terms of Service.

6. Always-visible reminder

A short version of this notice is rendered as a persistent banner on every AI surface inside the AlphaTill software — chat, generated reports, and exported / printed documents. The banner cannot be dismissed.
