End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

Money Vault Games FZCO grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use AlphaTill on the number of machines permitted by your licence. This license is for commercial use within your organization.

2. Licence Types

Solo (free)

The Solo edition is free for commercial use in your own business. It is a licensed tier like any other, and the Solo key we issue you does not expire: there is nothing to renew and no term to run out. Fair-use limits are as published on the pricing page. It permits 1 machine activation and up to 1 user. A Solo licence checks in on the same schedule as a paid one: the app contacts our licence server when it starts if it has not done so for more than 7 days, and roughly every 30 days after that. A check-in that fails, times out, or cannot reach us does not restrict the software — it keeps running from the licence already on the machine. A Solo licence is withdrawn only if we deactivate it for a breach of these terms.

Subscription (Starter, Professional, Business)

Starter, Professional and Business licences are activated online and check in periodically while the subscription is current. Each tier permits:

  • Starter: 2 machine activations (1 PC + 1 mobile companion), up to 3 users, core POS features.
  • Professional: 4 machine activations (3 PCs + 1 mobile companion), up to 8 users, expanded modules including AI assistant tools.
  • Business: 11 machine activations (10 PCs + 1 mobile companion), up to 20 users, LAN multi-station, priority support.

If a subscription lapses, access follows the grace ladder in section 4: 30 days of full access, then 15 days of POS and inventory only, then read-only. Additional promotional or contractual device activations shown in your order, portal or written offer increase these base limits.

Perpetual

A perpetual licence does not expire and needs no periodic check-in to keep operating: the licence is verified locally against the key embedded in the app. We can still revoke a licence that was refunded or charged back. Perpetual licences are additionally governed by the Perpetual Licence Terms. Where those terms conflict with subscription-specific activation, update or expiry provisions in this agreement, the Perpetual Licence Terms control.

Enterprise and custom

Enterprise and other custom licences are governed by the signed agreement between us. Where that agreement differs from this one, it controls. Custom activations and custom user limits are set by that agreement.

3. License Activation

Each license key must be activated online via our license server. Activation binds the license to a specific machine using a unique machine identifier. You may deactivate a machine from the customer portal to free up an activation slot. After activation, what each licence type requires is described in section 2.

4. Offline Usage

AlphaTill is designed for offline use. After initial activation, the software operates fully offline. Where a licence type checks in, the check-in is attempted automatically when internet is available and a failure does not restrict the software. If a subscription actually expires, access steps down: 30 days of full access, then 15 days of POS and inventory only, then read-only. Full access continues for the first 30 days, and your data is exportable at every stage.

5. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Share, redistribute, or sublicense your license key.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
  • Circumvent or tamper with license verification mechanisms.
  • Use the software for illegal purposes.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.

6. Updates

Your subscription includes access to all software updates released during your subscription period. Major version upgrades may require a separate purchase at our discretion, though we aim to include all updates within the subscription.

7. Data Rights

All data you create using AlphaTill is yours. Data is stored locally on your machines in SQLite databases. The local business database file itself is not encrypted by AlphaTill. We rely on operating-system full-disk encryption — BitLocker on Windows, FileVault on macOS, LUKS on Linux. We do not have access to your business data. Upon license expiration or termination, your data remains on your machine in read-only mode and can be exported at any time.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease using the software, though your data remains accessible in read-only mode. Money Vault Games FZCO reserves the right to revoke licenses used in violation of these terms.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Money Vault Games FZCO does not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
