Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AlphaTill software or this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Money Vault Games FZCO, Dubai, UAE.

2. Software License

  • AlphaTill is licensed, not sold. You receive a license to use the software subject to these terms.
  • Each license key may be activated on the number of machines specified by your subscription tier.
  • License keys are non-transferable without written consent from Money Vault Games FZCO.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the software is prohibited.

3. Subscription & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • We may change prices with 30 days' notice for a future renewal cycle, except where an active Price Promise or other written pricing guarantee applies — including the 24-month price lock. During any guaranteed period, the guarantee controls.
  • 30-day unconditional refund. Within 30 days of any purchase — subscription, perpetual license or update year — email us and we refund you. No reason required, and it does not matter whether you activated the license. Refund policy.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with full Professional features. No credit card is required. Nothing is deleted when it ends. When a free trial ends you keep full access for 3 more days with a reminder banner, then AlphaTill asks you to choose: continue free on Solo, or upgrade. Until you choose, the app is read-only — your data is all there and exportable, but new transactions wait for the choice. Trial abuse (creating multiple trials on the same machine) is prohibited.

The free Solo edition is a licensed tier, and the app offers it to you directly: when a trial ends or a paid licence is deactivated, AlphaTill asks whether you want to continue free on Solo or upgrade, and issues the Solo key for that machine on the spot. The key does not expire. Your data stays on your computer and you can view and export it at every stage. If the in-app option is ever unavailable, email support@alphatill.com and we issue the key by hand.

5. Grace Period

If your subscription expires, AlphaTill provides a generous grace period:

  • Days 1–30: Full access with a renewal reminder banner.
  • Days 31–45: Core features only (POS and inventory).
  • Day 46+: Read-only mode. All data remains accessible and exportable.

6. Data Ownership

You own all data created using AlphaTill. All business data is stored locally on your machine(s). We do not have access to your business data, and we do not store it on our servers. Backup automation writes to a folder you choose — including your own Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox sync folder — so those copies are held by your provider under your account, never by us. You may export your data at any time, regardless of subscription status.

7. Limitation of Liability

AlphaTill is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Money Vault Games FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the software in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your local data remains on your machine and is not affected. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal or by contacting support.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
